Appeal allowed for Change of Use of Former Police House

Following a planning refusal, Planning permission was granted on appeal for the Change of Use of a former Police House to part residential/part community use.

A noise report was submitted as part of the evidence for the appeal.

The Planning Inspector concluded that the proposal would not cause unacceptable harm to the living conditions of neighbours.
