Residential Planning Permission Secured in Northamptonshire

J & J Planning & Design secured planning permission for 97 new homes at the Priors Hall Sustainable Urban Extension in Corby.

The approved development comprises a mix of two and three-bedroom homes together with new roads, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure, completing one of the final residential parcels within Zone 1 of the Priors Hall Sustainable Urban Extension.

The application required careful consideration of a wide range of planning issues, including compliance with the approved Design Code, affordable housing, highways, drainage, ecology, landscaping and environmental matters. Following a detailed assessment, North Northamptonshire Council concluded that the proposal accords with the Development Plan and national planning policy and granted planning permission.

Working closely with our client and the wider consultant team, we helped to deliver a comprehensive planning application for this important phase of the Priors Hall development.
