Prior Approval granted under Class Q of the Permitted Development Regulations for a residential barn conversion outside a Cambridgeshire village.
The submitted details included Plans and Elevations as proposed and a supporting Written Statement clearly stating the criteria set out in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
A desktop Environmental Survey was also submitted.
This has enabled the Local Authority to issue the decision prior to the 56 day deadline.
This application follows a previous refusal for a new house on the site which is outside the village and in the Cambridge Green Belt.
