Full planning permission has been granted for a 26-dwelling residential scheme within a strategic housing allocation in Central Bedfordshire.
The development retains the existing farmhouse and replaces former outbuildings with a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, including affordable and custom-build units. The scheme makes efficient use of land and contributes to the delivery of much-needed housing in a growing area.
The layout was carefully considered to integrate with surrounding developments and preserve the setting of nearby heritage assets. Key features include a new footpath and cycle link to the Chiltern Way, sustainable drainage infrastructure, and enhancements to local biodiversity.
This approval reflects the collaborative efforts of the project team and the proactive engagement with the local planning authority throughout the application process.
We look forward to supporting the next stages of delivery.
