Planning permission has been granted for the extension of a Commercial Warehouse in Bedfordshire.
Following the grant of planning permission in 2013 for a Class B8 Storage and Distribution warehouse for a local hire company, J & J Design have now achieved planning permission for an extension to the warehouse.
Due to business expansion our clients acquired additional land on the adjoining brownfield site to facilitate a 1670 sq m extension and additional parking space.
Issues relating to flood risk and potential noise disturbance have been overcome with the help of Kempston Surveys, MTC Engineering Ltd and Philip Acoustic Consultants.
This site expansion will provide ongoing local employment in the central corridor of the Oxford to Cambridge (CaMkOx) Arc whilst meeting the growing demands of the Construction Industry in the region.
