AONB Village housing allocation confirmed in Canterbury Local Plan Inspectors report

J & J Planning and Design worked for five years with the Canterbury Planning Team and made representations to the Inspector at the Examination in Public. This resulted in a residential Site Allocation for Barham Court Farm.  A Landscape Character and Visual Capacity Study prepared by Lloyd Bore Associates indicated that residential redevelopment of the redundant farmstead would not cause unacceptable harm to the Barham Conservation Area or Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
