A new garage constructed under the permitted development rules in Class E of Part 1 to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, has been confirmed as lawful by the local planning authority through the issue of a Certificate of Lawfulness.

This follows the completion of the new project for a four bedroom chalet style detached dwelling featured on our projects page.

Gaining a Certificate of Lawfulness gives certainty that what has been constructed under the Permitted Development regulations is lawful giving confidence to future purchasers and their legal advisors when the sale of a property takes place.
