Since 6 April 2018 the General Permitted Development Regulations for Agricultural Buildings have included:

  • Residential Barn Conversions for up to five dwellinghouses ;
  • Definitions of smaller (up to 100 m²) and larger dwellinghouses (between 100 and 465 m²) in relation to residential barn conversions;
  • Increase in new agricultural buildings from 465 to 1000 m².
